How do I add a user to Cyber Chex?

I was charged after canceling my subscription, who do I contact?

How do I create a voided/zero-amount check in Cyber Chex?

While Cyber Chex does not automatically generate a voided check, you can simply create a check for $1.00 and print it. Then, write VOID in large, block letters diagonally across the check, making sure to cross the “Pay to the order of” and Signature lines. Be sure to avoid the account and routing numbers so you can reference them later. Keep the voided check in a safe place.

My check is not showing the correct bank information, but I have verified the account and routing numbers.

Banks will sometimes change their branch names and be assigned a number that was used for a different name. We update this information on a regular basis, however it is not always available right away. If you have verified the information, the check should be accepted by your bank regardless, but you may want to check with them to be sure it is a valid account.

How do I re-print a check?

Once you have printed a check, you will not be able to print it again as Cyber Chex does not store the account and routing numbers. This is a security feature meant to protect you and your customers. If you should need to print another check, you will need to contact the client and request their information again.
