A large national insurance carrier was struggling with an internally-created quoting system for auto insurance that took up to 30 minutes to produce quotes for customers. The carrier’s slow, cumbersome system was causing agents to miss opportunities. They needed a way to quickly run different “what-if” scenarios and easily flip between screens. They asked us to speed up the process and to reduce the number of screens and clicks necessary to produce quotes.

Imprezzio went to 10 of the carrier’s agencies across the US and invited a broad cross-section of agents to join our design team. Our agile methodologies and partnership with the stakeholders resulted in a prototype the agents and their corporate office loved. The project came in on time and on budget, and the innovative quote flow and design of the system has been a big success.

A different major insurance enterprise, this one with 23,000 agencies nationwide, approached Imprezzio because their internally-created CRM system for agents was burdening their IT team with constant maintenance. In addition, they were having trouble getting the system to produce timely delivery, helpful data formats or useful analytics. They needed a more efficient, customizable system that would free up their internal IT staff and, at the same time, produce better opportunities for agent users and more useful information for the corporate office.

Imprezzio got the results the carrier was looking for by partnering with a lead aggregator who sends the data to us for placement in the carrier’s system, keeping the data intact. The system now delivers quick, quality leads and provides useful analytics around lead costs, quality, agency distribution, and rejected leads. The customer is very pleased that our advanced solution was able to solve their business need.
